All class registrations, digital purchases, deposits, and booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If a class is canceled by TRU Alchemy Co., clients may receive:

• a class credit

• transfer option

• or rescheduled date

Due to limited seating and preparation costs, missed classes and no-shows are non-refundable
